Trying to diagnose a "no boost" issue here. Its a mk6 tdi 2.0 cff 2013 model. The car has 0 boost. There are no excessive hissing noises to indicate a boost leak. Infact there are no turbo noises at all as if theres no turbo or its not even trying to boost.
Question:
Could it be a clogged DPF?(There's a warning on the cluster)
Could it be the electronic waste gate actuator?

These engines are way to advanced to guess a boost issue. Scan the car and see what codes it stored, that will give U a direction.
What error is being displayed on the cluster? "Emissions workshop"?
If so, it could be dpf or egr related. Egr systems on common rails are always giving issues.
