MK1 14i cold start issue

Hi all,
I need some help, I have a 2007 MK1 14i Golf and it has a starting issue, in the mornings it granks more than 10 seconds before it fires, and then idle rough for about 30 seconds and slowly gets better, I have done some research and replaced the following.

* Replaced the temp sensor. New
* Replaced the distributor. New.
* Replaced the coil pack. New.

If I switch it off after I ride, and start it again it starts perfectly. But if it stood for 10 min it cranks more that it should and there is almost like a misfire sound and a rich smell of fuel for a couple of seconds.

Please help!!
