2015 Golf 7 2.0 TDI DSG

Post by Mrknaidoo »

Evening Vw Club

Im seriously thinking of buying a 2015 Golf 2.0 TDI DSG Highline
Mileage around 105km with fsh from VW

What are the common issues with these vehicles?
Anything to look out for in particular?
Just looking for some general advice maybe from some owners that have/had this vehicle

Thanks in advance

If you have not already bought, check VWOwners on Facebook. From what I know, they solid cars...DSG box needs maintenance and service and watch for mechatronics and ensure it was serviced atleast (bonus for you if it was) other wise...the rest of is a brilliant car.

I still drive mine, same year and model and now 230k on the clock. Has not skipped a beat and no issues at all. Except for service items have not needed any major work. Was serviced by vw until 120k and then started servicing myself. Make sure all services were done. Cam belt listed as every 120k but did mine every 90 with a new water pump everytime. DSG service is expensive but needs to be done every 60k. People tend to skip this due to cost.
