Thud on acceleration in while driving on highway - TDi 6R

Hi Guys,

I picked up something that no one could resolve on my TDi since I purchased it. While driving on the highway and if I accelerate, it has a thud then it accelerates. The only other niggle is when the revs are a bit too low, it has like a slight shudder but then it is a high gear and shudder when it is more out of boost so I am not too concerned about that.

I have sent it into Hatfield VW Bryanston for a full check-up and major service when I got it and everything check out fine.

It still does it till this day, the car runs very well, no issues on in-town driving, on the clutch etc. Did anyone experience this before by any chance and can anyone share any advice on this? the OCD in me is really wanting to get this sorted out as none of my other cars did this and this car is flawless except for this now.
