Max combustion Chamber cc’s

Hi, I bought a mk1 citi.com and I’m having some compression issues.

I want to know what is the max amount of cc’s you can get from a 2E cylinder head. (8v u-flow)

I think i read somewhere that they are normally 29cc’s.
I was hoping i could get 37cc’s out of them?
