Hi Guys

Seeing as detailings growing at a rapid pace globally with more and more people becoming aware of car care and quality products but it sometimes becomes too expensive or impossible to purchase all products one fancies and sometimes paying full price for a product one isn't satisfied with. This thread should benefit all parties so put your polishes,waxes,sealants,DA's for sale here. Can we make this a sticky?

I'll start,

Meguiars Gold Class Liquid Car Wax(half to 3/4 bottle left) R70
Meguiars Deep Crystal Carnauba Wax (used twice, 3/4 bottle left) R80
Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax(used once, thin coat, 95% full), cost R550, asking R350.
Meguiars ScratchX 2.0(used once on test spot, so 99% full) new R180, asking R120.

Or all the above cost around R1000 new, take all for R500.

Edited to add: willing to swop all of the above for a decent tub of paste wax or something you might have that I want as well.

Agreed, this is not a business but a detailing assitance, passion, hobbyist sale/swop thread. However if someone has 1 of an unopened item received as a gift or a regret buy they can sell it here. Its easy to distinguish between a chancer who is intending to do ongoing new product sales here and someone who genuinely wants to sell his new unopened can of wax for eg. as something else has caught his eye.

1. Meguiars Mirror Glaze - Diamond-Cut Compound 2.0.
2. Meguiars Mirror Glaze - Speed Glaze.
3. Meguiars Mirror Glaze - Hi-Tech Yellow Wax.

All 3 are 5 litre bottles with 80% or more in..

First stuff I ever used... Willing to sell at R2000.00 for the 3 bottles or R800.00 each.

Depends.... one man's nice is another man's ****....

For example, I cannot stand the look Megs Endurance Tire Gel gives, or the fact that it slings, but I know plenty people who really like that shiny look.

A lot of the 'value' in detailing products is very subjective....

I think they would if they weren't happy with whatever shampoo not sudsing enough or tyre shine not glossy enough or too glossy etc. What one person finds horrible another finds awesome. Each to his own...
