Right Guys

So after much planning we are finally a go. KZN's first big event

Accommodation – Willows http://thewillowspe.co.za/rates/2014-rates you guys need to go book now to secure your spot there are other places but this one Matt and Russ checked out for the guys.

Driving routes etc:

* Durban (DubCorp) to PE (900km / 11hr20min) - meet at BP Colchester Motors

* JHB (To Be confirmed) to PE (1100km / 11hr10min) - meet at BP Colchester Motors

* CT (To Be confirmed) to PE (750km / 7hr30min) - meet at Mentors Plaza

Events:

* Wednesday - Tape up in respective cities.

* Thursday - Leave cities early hours of AM. Arrive in the afternoon with meet and greet after work.

* Friday - 08:00-11:00 VW Factory & Auto Pavilion Tour. 11:30 depart for Mystery Tour. 12:00-14:00 Mystery Tour 18:00 Braai.

* Saturday - 10:00 Breakfast. 11:00 Mystery Run to Jeffrey's Bay via Van Stadens Pass end at Billabong Factory Shop. 13:30 Tapas Lapa Seaside (use Northern Access Rd possibly). 17:30 Something Good for sun downers.

* Sunday - Depart for home cities.

The cost for this tour will be finilized by next friday. We are working our best to keep this cost to a very very low.
Your costs will cover all tour entry fee's. You will also recieve a pack which so far will include 1 x Cap 1 x T shirt
2 x Stickers and 1 x Roll of blue tape. Again this will be finilized by next friday.
