Check the injectors and there wires between the injector and ecu as well as the 12v supply for the injectors.

I will check the connectors and all of the above. I bought this engine recently so its possible that there could be some old muck inside the connectors.This motor probably stood for 10 years or so.

I cant seem to find my old motors wiring harness. I want to swop the injectort rails harness and see if that makes a difference.

you did check that the engine you bought is obd2?
Six is always better then four!

yes is an OBD2 motor
