Right guys. Next m&g is at Petroport. Anyone disagree? Some guys want 2 hav it on thurs. What date we goin to meet up?

How about making it every second thursday starting with this thursday?

That way it'll alternate between Vmacs & Petroport every week...

We tried this before and it did not work to well. Ppl just thought, "oh I dont feel like going this week i'll just go next week." Having a meet once a month for instance meets the guys are more likely to attend because if they miss it they know its a whole month till the next.

We could try it out again. Hopefully it will work. But dont be disappointed if the numbers are weak.

Im in for petro port.

Having it too often will definitely ruin it, Durban guys in all honesty loose interest easily and it will eventually die off...

I vote for once a month, it also gives people time to do the subtle tweaks to their cars which can be shown off at the m&g

i vote once a month, and in for petroport.

Not to far for the okes in the highway area.

Does Vmacs M&G still happen????

ok, seeing as there are more keen peeps as per say..... and not all would make it some meetings as most might...

Hows abt every 2nd week? alternate between VMACs and PetroPort.... ???

Do basically taking away a vmacs meet every 2nd week and replacing with petroport?

Good point guys. Although I'd be keen on every second week, once a month sounds good, but we must try not let it fall on the same week as the bunker M&G's - it'll dilute the attendance.

How do we do it - say 1st / 2nd thursday of every month? Guess we can discuss in more detail at the next one.

Is there a mailing list out there for the KZN vwclub guys? Would be a good idea to send out a mail every month on the day of the meet to remind everyone.

Shaun I think what you saying is true, once a month is a good idea & then we can see from there, we can also have our own events eg: photoshoot, dyno day etc

I agree, maybe once a month, but we should alternate with VMacs meets. That way those that want to can go to VMacs and VW meets. Petroport is better for us Kloofies, so lets do it!

as far as i know, you cant get to the north bound(towards gateway) side of petroport, if you coming from gateway side. correct me if i am wrong.
