Do the new LEDs have to be soldered onto the board or are they plug and play?

I am most probably going white with red needles. or blue with red needles. Cant decide yet

Yes I phoned him the same day you told me, but I never order because I needed to know what quantity I needed of each globe and how many resistors etc
