if I had to replace I would go for them again, if they weren't discontinued, mind you some places do have them still

Hi guys, It seems there's a rattle coming from the panoramic roof when closed. Anybody experience this? What have you done to resolve this issue?

I also have a rattle, but it seems to come from the housing between the front interior lights and the sunroof. Haven't tried to fix it yet though.

It's beginning to really annoy me now. I've heard that some seal needs to be lubricated, which solve this....i duno, not sure

No idea. I would pursue the creaking in my front suspension before I worried about this one. You need to psych yourself up for the fight

Had similar problem in my car, after many attempts to fix it the dealer decided to fit in the new headline, and since then haven't experienced any rattles. Have to say the MK7 is known to have rattles, creaking noise and never ending issues. I wonder whats gonna happen once the car it's out of warranty
That's why I've decided that come end of maintenance and service plan I'm getting rid of the car

Hi everyone. Taking delivery of a 2016 G7 1.4 tsi comfortline in the next week or so - cannot wait!
I have a few mods thats I'd like to do as soon as possible. I have some questions about them though:
1. Does anyone have Eibach Pro kit springs on their tsi? Whats the ride quality and drop like?
2. Does anyone have 19 inch wheels on their tsi? Does it hinder the performance / power of the car?
3. Has anyone done software on their tsi? What software did you do and what kind of gains did you get?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Is the "Composition Radio" compatible with the rear view camera?
I was told today by McCarthy Volkswagen that they cannot install it.

Assume coding is needed?

Definitely compatible. My bro's car has the rear view camera with the composition radio
This is assuming the Composition radio in the 6C Polo is the same as the Golf 7 one

Actually the 6C has a newer version of the radio, but both will work with the camera.
It will require coding.

I don't think the 6C has a newer one than the Gen2 radio in the 2015 G7.

Both have the MIB ii.

I've fitted the eibach pro kit on my MK7 1.4 Highline, opted to go for the 18 inch as I didn't want to compromise ride quality. Overall the car rides comfortable, for me it's reasonably low (35 mm drop). Perfomance wise it's just awesome. Note I've installed a complete exhaust system, and a racing chip (plug and play) so far

Congrats dude, welldone!. Please share what exhaust system you fitted and what race chip.
Give us your overall feedback on both these upgrades?. Did you waiver your warranty etc in doing so?.
Pic will be nice too over the lowered suspension and wheels

Fitting an exhaust system voids the warranty.
sbu.mah, if I may ask, what made you go with a plug and play option in the end?

Hi Dantm exhausts system was done by powerflow (great service), Ive fitted a racechip ultimate (PnP).
Overall the car pulls like mad (still have to dyno it to confirm the gains - but their very noticeable), Exhaust is very subtle noise wise (didn't want something that will wake my neughbours)
Ride quality and handling (especially when cornering) is awesome.
Regarding the warranty, my warranty it's still in place. All the mods were done before the first service and the car is due for 75000k service. In normal circumstances warranty will be void but the dealer is aware of all the mods.
Have made 3 claims under warranty so far, but wouldn't advise anyone to risk their warranty
Will post the pics asap

At the time most tuners didn't have software for mk7 highline, only thing could find was PnP
