Oil cooler on TDI polo

i am thinking of installing an oil cooler before the turbo on my 1.9 TDI.

Im on my 4th turbo and there is no warranty so if it blows im in for big bucks-so trying to prevent it.

Have been doing all the usual things. let it warm up, idle to cool down but still blows. The car isnt even driven hard and an oil cooler is all i can think of that might help.

Any advice would be appreciated.
