Hi Guys
Okey so my brakes was fine and just all of a sudden no more brakes. Connected my vcds and checked no abs module errors. Replace master cylinder. Changed front discs as they were a bit worn. did a manual bleeding per prescribed vw method brakes was fine for a day or so and the slowly disappeared again. Grabbed the vcds did a abs pump bleed with a system flush on the brakes checked hoses and pipes and caliper nipples no leaks. Not loosing brake fluid level stays constant. After the vcds bleed brakes was fine again for 2 days the just started disappearing again to the point where there is no brakes. did a manual bleed again this time with motor running so booster works and can assist. extremely milky, frothy air filled brake fluid came out of the from brake system. did another system flush, got agent brake fluid (Wruth) and re bleed the system with abs bleed via vcds and followed that up with a manual bleed. brakes one gain was fine for a day or 2 and the problem started again, there is definitely no leaks on the pipes and hoses, checked all the joints on pipes and connections to abs pump and master cylinder all good, not even a little "sweat" from break fluid anywhere. ran full diagnostics on vehicle with vcds and it returned no errors.
did a in depth diag with vcds on the abs and there is no flow issues or abs errors. I have no idea where the air is getting in, anyone else ever had this problem or can assist with some advice? with the last system flush and re bleed I ran a total of just under 2lt of wruth brake fluid into the system. I am at my wits end... please help

Hi there.
We're currently having this exact same problem.
Was wondering if you ended up solving this issue? And if so what was the fault?
