Speedo, ABS, Power steering, handbrake light issue

Hi Guys,

Hope ya'll well.

I need some help, I have a 2006 Polo 1.9 TDI 5Door and I've been trying to solve this issue for a while now,
My Speedo does not work along with ABS, Power steering, handbrake light turning on beeping.
Basically the car thinks it's not in motion as my launch control is now my limiter 4000rpm where as before when everything works it used to hardcut at 5000rpm
Also, it does not calculate the average fuel consumption and average speed on the cluster and the fuel gauge moves to empty and full when turning left/right
VCDS picked up the following errors



I changed the ABS pump and it still has the same issue.
Checked all fuses and they all good.

There is a sensor that sits on the top of the gearbox that I found was hanging out , from what I have researched is that this may be a speedo sensor


Could this be my issue?
Has anyone else had this issue before?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked all the earthing points? It may be strange but these generation of cars give endless and weird issues if earthing isn't good...

I have not checked the earth points, do you perhaps have a diagram that can point me to where the earth points are located ?

Update on this issue. It has been fixed. There was a problem in the wiring loom that goes from the fuse box to the ABS module plug.
One of the wires that was supposed to supply 12v was reading -3 basically dead. Provided auxiliary power by joining that wire to the battery and bridging it with a 10A fuse. Works perfectly now
