2015 UP 1.0 Throttle body issues

Hi

Above car has EPC light on, and is in limp mode, using generic diagnostic tool come up with paddle and throttle body sensor fault, has anyone had this before and what was the actual fault/ fix? No access to VAG diagnostic tool, car is in Phoenix Durban
