Dead polo vivo 2014

Hi Guys
I had my polo vivo 2014 model 1.4 have issues with the radio saftety mode, so i decided to remove all terminals and clean them. I removed the battery and left it in my tool room to charge overnight. I also stripped the 2 earth cables (Completely removed them) and cleaned them in my tool room.

When i re connected everything the next day the car is completely dead. The key does not open the doors nor does the ignition lights come on. The car is completely DEAD.

Any idea on what the issue can be?

Check the Fuses on the battery. Also check if there's any issues with poor contact on the +ve side and then also check the terminals that you removed/cleaned.... Could also be issues with poor contact here
