OB2 Scanner for VW Polo 1.2 TSi

Hi Guys, i am wondering if you guys have any advice on what are some good OB2 scanners on the market that would work well with my VW Polo 1.2 TSi 66kW 2014 model? I just recently replaced a faulty throttle body on my Polo and while she is running much better the ECP light keeps coming on. I suspect that it could be the turbo boost gate actuator that is also faulty. Is there something on the market where i can run these kinds of diagnostics from home? I have attempted to use 2 mates OB2 devices but it wouldn't register the model of my vehicle.
