Golf 6 gti oil temperature

Hi everyone, I have a 2012 golf 6 gti dsg and I have noticed that the oil temperature is 118°c to 123°c. I don’t know if that’s normal or not, I had the water pump and oil cooler replaced but it didn’t make a difference in temperature. Is there anything else I could do or is that normal operating oil temperature for these cars? The needle does stay in the middle at 90°c for the coolant temperature

Synthetic oils handle those temps with ease.

If you suspect foul play:
I would check the actual coolant temperature using an obd scanner
Inspect the radiator for throughput and miniature leaks which could depressurise the cooling system
I would also confirm that the oil temp sender is not faulty
