Golf MK7 1.0 tsi Cam belt - replacement

I have a few questions with regards to cambelt for golf mk 7 1.0 tsi -
1. I am out of motorplan and dealer lindsay saker has quoted upwards of R20000 for change - Can someone point me towards a reputable place where this can be done at a cheaper cost I am based in Vereeniging. dont mind traveling JHB or surrounds.
2. How long does the cambelt last theoretically speaking?
