JETTA 4 1.9 TDI LOSS OF POWER ON PULL AWAY

Hi everyone,

I have a Jetta mk4 1.9 TDI which I bought two months ago. I had to replace the Turbo as it was shot. The issue that I have is that on pull away there is no power causing it to basically stall or you have to let it pull away on it's own steam and then only you can floor it, what advise can you experts give me, I am really desperate to get this resolved. Even if someone on the Westrand can come and help me, I am more than willing to pay for any help.
