Immobiliser going haywire

Immobiliser going haywire

So I'm sitting in a bit of a pickle here. My battery went out and now the immobiliser is going haywire. I've put in another battery, still no luck. I can't even lock my doors with the key or central locking.

Any help with what might cause this?
