New to this forum, yes. New to the internet? Not really. Also an anti-virus system or any system in fact does not prevent ddos attacks as there is no way to prevent them. :roll:
Cloudflare however helps with ddos mitigation to reduce the severity of an attack to hopefully keep a service online during an attack.

Ah. So this is why my Tapatalk stopped working. 'Under attack' option on cloud flare should only be used when actually under attack. There is no need to have it on otherwise. It is a great tool though, caching on CL will make the forum much quicker.

We were under attack :hi: Wouldn't have enabled it if we weren't. and Im well aware of the benefits of CF Having been running it for just under a year on here.
