Weird engine knocking

hey all,

i have a weird engin noise that is only heard when i have done a bit of "fast" driving. does anyone have any idea what i could be?

if so what can i do to rectify this potential problem? i have this sad feeling that i may need to have my engine overhauled, and if that is the case theni will be getting my engine ceramic coated. does anyone know if the ceramic coating is a good idea?

can you explain the noise in a bit more detail?

as for the ceramic coating, is good for going turbo as it takes some heat away from the piston. AFAIK they only coat the top of the pistons.
