VW Polo Vivo 1.4 CLP - Water Mixing Into Oil

Post by No1ChampionStyle »

Good day All

I am in need of some expert advice please. I am new on here and hoping you guys can assist. I have a Polo Vivo 1.4 CLP, the issue I am having is that I blew top gasket I think, replaced the gasket, pressure tested the head and had a light skimming done, replaced all 16 valves and valve stem seals. So after putting the head back with new head gasket the water is still mixing into the oil. Can it be that the head might be cracked or something. Please help???

I have the same problem be sure 2 check your welsh plug on the side of the head ,pressure of oil is greater then that of the water ,hence you will always find oil in your water then water in you oil when hitting top gasket or cracked head, hope this msg finds you well

Is the oil in the engine contaminated with water or the water in the radiator contaminated with oil
