vw 2.0L 8v ref not showing up

Post by MeRiDiAn47OM »

Good morning guys, I have a little problem. I swapped out my old coil for a 3pin one on my mk1 fox and thus the tp100 is now bypassed however I can no longer see my refs,I run on a dicktator ecu and it was fine until I did the transition, the cable from my ecu(orange wire) is connected to my refcounter but still no luck, there is a black wire that comes from my cluster that went to the tp100 that I have no clue as to where it belongs I even tried earthing it(Won't do that again). If anyone has some advice for me PLEASE let me know.
Thnx alot guys.
