Jetta 3 2.0l executive dash not working and does not switch off by the key

Good day. Im struggling with some wiring on the jetta 3. The dash lights like odo and time does not light up and when it did it flashed when the vehicle started but on ign off it would not flash. Since yesterday it does not display anything amd when i put brights on the indicators on dash illuminates slightly.

I also need to determine the colour wiring around the engine bay for the oil switch, temp,coldstart etc. Any help appretiated
