Hi All,
So yesterday i ran my golf WOT, for a few minutes, just to have it all blow up in my face quite literally, car seems to have ran bearings, would love some advise on things to change now that im going to rebuild the motor, any feedback and advise is welcome,

Please check if the bearing is still showing a silver or copper coating. If that is the case you might be lucky. Replace the warn bearing without polishing the crank and check the condition of the replaced bearing after a week. If still smooth you are sorted. I have done that couple of times and it worked for me. Good luck!!!!
