Have you checked the distributor timing ?

Where are you checking for a pulse ?

The fuel spraying out of the injectors are determined by the setting on the dictator

I would suggest checking spark
Otherwise distributor timing

So I tried another dicktator from a friend of mine and still the same **** guys..can someone tell me if I can maybe give my dizzy 12v and see what happens from there I'm finding it strange that to box's are doing the same thing which means that there its drawing power from my 12v ignition and can I connect coil and dizzy to constant 12v

As you are getting a faint spark and spray, I would start by checking all wire connections to ensure all are good. Using another Dicktator ecu and same effect tell me it is wire related issue. Check that earth wires are properly secured to a clean connection. Is the thick red and black wires connected to the battery terminals of the battery?

No, this only regulates the fuel pressure. If stuck open you will not have fuel pressure, but this has no impact or connection to poor spark.

The green and amber lights flashing is actually for the injectors and timing pulses and is on the ecu and not dizzy. If they are both flashing, it means that you are getting a pulse in from distributor during cranking they will flash dim. The timing pulse and injector pulse signals are set on the ecu as mentioned by Taz0. Pulse for fuel on the injectors will be small and spark will need to be strong on the spark plugs regardless if motor is just cranking over or running. if sparkplug spark is very faint, it may be due to incorrect or missing wiring or bad connections on wiring circuit from ecu to TP100 to coil. It could also mean partially damaged ignition output circuit inside the ecu if it was wired wrong and trying to start.

Where are you getting a low pulse and how are you measuring it?

The ecu ignition out pulse to the TP100 will trigger the TP100, which in return will trigger the negative side of the coil to generate spark pulse on the coil. Is 12V wired to coil positive?

I connected according to diagram so its starting now but won't rev up...if I try to Rev it switches off could this be a mapping issue...and even when I put the vaccum in it just switches off car

Yes most likely a mapping issue. If you have just installed it you have to alter the fuel and timing to fit the motor you are using. Start up maps are just that. Gets you to the point of starting it. From there you have to make it work.

OP said that he used another ecu from a buddy and same issue.

Was it your map loaded on buddy’s ecu or his ecu and map from his car that was running? Clarify, please.

If it is his ecu and your map, I agree with panic.

Any update here?

If you have the Dicktator sofware and usb to serial cable, open your map on ecu and post pictures of the fuel, ignition and main pages here. Then we can help you to troubleshoot more and advise.
