The PD100 has smaller injectors than the PD130.
And the PD130 has smaller ones than the PD160.

hi guys what do you guys mean by they smaller and bigger , they share the same part nr dont they so internal parts would fit each other
Im thinking only the injector tips/ nozzles are different in case the AJ nr for ADT 74kw and BN for 77kw and AG GX is used in 1.4 and 1.9 ? :? would be good to hear form someone with knowledge about this as well .I wanted to do software on my tdi and were told to make a certain amount of power id have to put bigger injectors from the 96kw . Im sure if it was a petrol engine i would under stand that term cause you get certain amount of CC injectors in petrol engines ,bigger to make more power with boost .If I under stand correctly when doing software they playing with the valve of the injector to keep it open for longer than normal for more fuel to fill the plunger , never have i read about CC readings on tdi injectors but the tips / nozzles are rated in flow /CC

anyone out their !!!!!!

Well the differences are:
1. The nozzles are a different size
2. The "chamber" differ from each other
3. The solenoids are different internally

AG are either 425cc or 465cc (Axr)
AJ are 425cc (Atd)
BA are 530cc (Avf, BLT)
AL are 550cc (ASZ, Arl)

And yes if u want more power out of ur pd100 or whatever u have, use AL Injectors they good enough for +- 220kw, anything more than that and then u should get larger than stock nozzles from darkside developments

When a car tailgates me, i slow down - then floor it and give them a cloud of diesel smoke to choke on :driving:
