2007 1.6i Polo 9n- Branch and exhaust

Post by Neeven »

Hello everyone, I've got a 2007 1.6i Polo 9n. I'm eager on putting a branch and complete exhaust system on my car. Will installing a branch and exhaust give me any noticeable power gains on my car ?

Does anyone have any suggestions where I should get this done aswell?

I'm in Durban

Thank you

And also, which brand branch would yourll recommend? I've called Primaforce and they said they sell their own brand branches.

There will be very minor gains in the single digit figures.
Don't expect any major gains except extra noise.

I've called edw, they quoted me R4900
I've also checked else where :
Primaforce-R3800
Powerflow umbilo-R4000
Powerflow Durban-R5500
Flowtech-R7000

Those are the quotes I've got for a complete branch and exhaust.

Between primaforce and powerflow, which would you guys go with?

I personally would go with Primaforce not because they are the cheapest but their work is great and they are able to make your car sound the way you want it.

Okay thank you, I also decided to go with primaforce, as I heard a a guy's polo yesterday and it has a really good/unique tone to it and it was done by Primaforce. I'll be going to fit the branches and exhaust tomorrow.
