Help verifying Oettinger Conversion on MK7r

Hi Guys,

need some help, a fried of mine recently purchased a 7r, has oettingger badge and and upgraded exhaust form looks of things
dealer has oettinger invoice stating engine has R500 engine conversion to 295kw
he has bought the car, it has no fmic, no oettinger stiching in seats, no upgraded disks or calipers

is this possible?

i have vin number, can i call and dealer and check, warranty is still in tact?
help will be appreciated
