Check the o ring on your dipstick and the PCV constantina fittings (if they haven't been replaced)

Ive checked the o ring on the dipstick..seems to be fine, when i take off the dipstick when the car is idling, the idle is very ruff, have also checked pcv pipes and fittings.

Charcoal canister delete? Any reputable tuner should be able to assist with a smoke test. Try soapy water as well. Those O-rings on the intercooler pipes are kak as well

what role would the charcoal canister play in this? also how would i know if its gone bad?

the soapy water technique...it should be sprayed around intake manifold, vacuum lines and lower boost pipes? noticing a drop in idle?
Just Confirming...

thanks for ur advice! :-)

Spray the soapy water on all piping joins and vacuum lines. It should foam/bubble where there is a leak. The charcoal canister throws an EVAP error code iirc, but it also might be linked if the pipe has gone brittle and broken off (happened on a friends car)
