Polo GTI(9n3) 105 000km service

Hi Guys,

Want to know what parts are needed for my 105 000km service?

Is this a major or minor service?

BTW: I've done the cambelt service on 90 000km.

Minor service, Check your service manual it's all listed.

Should be just oil and filter replacement

Minor service, but can include other service parts if they look tired like plugs, fuel filter (infront of right rear wheel) pollen filter, air filter, brake fluid refresh, coolant flush.

Most common is oil, oil filter and new sump plug.

My Polo GTI is due for its 105 000km service, according to the dealers it will be my major service as I am still on 85 000km on the clock.

Is there anything else besides the usual Oil and air filter and sometimes pollen filter change?

I know most people talk about changing the Cam belt at 90 000km and wanted to know if I must ask them to check or change anything else specific?

What Polo GTI do you have?
Your signature says "Car Model: 2013 Polo 6C GTI" in which case you don't have a cambelt but a chain instead.Chain only gets replaced once it becomes noisy , Perhaps refer to your Car's book , it will list it , But the usual service list is Oil, Oil Filter, Petrol Filter, Air Filter, Spark Plug , Pollen Filter, check brake pads and discs , scan ecu if there's any dash lights on , reset service interval.

2013 Polo 6C GTI - Yes I read up about the chain and I am now well informed thanks! I replaced the discs and pads about a year ago , so they are good , perhaps new pads in the new year.

Thanks for the help though.
