Please assist

Ive got a jetta 3 1.8i mp9

Car starts when cold but is over fueling during cold start
When hot operating temperature once i turn the car off it wont start and has a strong smell of fuel.

While running car runs fine but low rpm has a dead spot until power kicks in

One thing i noticed is once i turn the ignition on is it normal to get one spark coming from my coil plug lead..
That i can hear it spark in the dizzy cap?

In this time the engine will just swing and not start for hours on end

Strange enough if i remove the fuel pipe going into the fuel rail from the pump.. Then car wants to start without fuel but once i put the pipe back it wont even try..

I even replaced my fuel regulator as well but still no luck

Hi Bud

Try and change the temp sensor on the front of the head. Sound like its dead and the car is over fuelling.
