You either installed something incorectly or simply pulled the adjuster too far down. When you put them in new you have to put the adjuster wedge all the way at the top at it's thinnest section.

The adjust was at the fullest top, when assemble the disk turns freely the moment you start stepping on the brakes or handbrake it start binding, i was thinking maybe the hand brake lever at the shoes does not release at its fullest, the lever where the cable attach to

If adjuster is set correctly , check if the hand brake needs adjusting.

The handbrake needs at least 3-4 "clicks" before fully braking - anything less will cause binding.

If not then check if your hand brake cables (underneath the car) that they are not bulging and running incorrectly.

Hand brake cables seems fine what is strange is that this only happens when cold after a km of running it seems to getting loose and starts running freely

Hand brake takes fully around 5 clicks
