Oil Restrictor fitment

Hi Gents,

Very noob question but I want to attemp to DIY fitting the metal windage tray/ oil restrictor in my Citi.

I’m just abit uncertain as to wether the sump gasket should go first on the block then the windage tray and lastly the sump?

Or is it first the windage tray then gasket and sump.

Any advice would be appreciated

Most windage trays are basically the gasket. So no need for an additional gasket. Does it have a rubber around the edge?
