VW Caravelle2.6 1997

Hi.
I got two problems on my 2.6 Caravelle.
1. My fuel pump is not running when I switch the ignition to ON. But if I supply the fuel pump directly with 12V power it is running. So I believe it can be that the fuel pump relay is not working. I have checked the fuses and the fuel pump fuse is still good. Where do I look for the fuel pump relay.
2. On my spark plugs I only get spark twice then after that there is no spark. I had the distributor and the computer box tested and they say it is both 100%.
So I don`t know if the spark is related from the fuel pump thats not getting electric power.
If any body got some info I`ll appreciate it.

Fuel pump relay is in the fuse box under covers to the right below the steering wheel.
