Hi. Please help if possible
My Grandma's Old Citi Golf's engine (1.3 with Carburetor) has seen the end of its lifetime
She is attached to the car, but overhauling the old engin is too expensive.
Is there new or re-man aftermarket engins available anywhere that will be a better option that an overhaul?

none of the importers bring them in but you could try some scrapyards.

Contact DeanK here on the forum. They stripped their 1300 and made a hybrid 1800 16v from theirs. He still has a crank, rods and pistons and head last time I chatted with him.
