Hi Guys
So there is hot air coming in at the middle vents even when it is on the cold setting. I have replaced the Heater valve and it is still doing the same.
What could be the problem. Any suggestions as to what the problem could be,
thanx guys.

Check if the valve is opening and closing correctly.
Turn dial in car and confirm if valve opens and closes in the engine bay.
Check if valve us opening and closing completely.
Close valve manually in engine bay and check if hot air stops. Try the other way as well.
There were different types of valves some work the other way around if I remember correctly.
Close vents on dash.
Delete heater.
Check ambient temp to confirm if vent air temp is greater than ambient temp.
Time to get a car with aircon.

Had same issues.
If this is a valve that you got from the likes of Goldwagen, they open the wrong way.
Unscrew the little lever on the heater valve and flip it over so that it works in the opposite direction.
Also cut off the little bit of plastic that acts as a stop for the lever. This will allow enough travel to fully close the valve.
