NF Sport
Hi,
Is it only recommended to add a bottle of NF sport to a full tank of fuel or can you add it to say 25 litres? Will this increase the octane of the fuel even more?
Reason im asking is that with NF ultra it states that you can add to a variety of fuel amount for different RONs, does same apply to sport?

Have you had your bottle of Hatorade today?

Re: NF Sport
NF Sport is designed to treat a full tank of petrol. I wouldn't put it in anything less than 45 litres. Putting it in less petrol will give you a slightly higher octane. If you're looking for higher octane I would suggest using the NF Ultra instead.
NF Ultra Race Fuel Concentrate has a completely different formula and different active ingredients to the NF Octane Boosters which is why it is safe to run in higher concentrations.

Re: NF Sport
At that dosage you are overdosing (by more than double) and are likely to foul your spark plugs.dood786 wrote:So what happens if you put nf sport into only 25 litres?
On the plus side the car will go very well!

Re: NF Sport
I've double dosed tje Ranger with ultra, it does have a 80L tank though... Great improvement! But gets costly, especially seeing as though footing it around it kills the tank in 350km... Thats around R4/km

Re: NF Sport
Just a question, I usually fill up to automatic stop which is about 40l, given that I have about 5 liters left in the tank (not sure though).. Will it be OK for me to put a whole bottle of NF Sport in my tank on less than 50l? I see it treats 60l and I really don't want to foul my plugs... Also does it matter if its put in before the refill or after?

Re: NF Sport
It will be ok to use NF Sport in 45 litres of fuel. If you are using it in every tank I would suggest not using the NF Sport in about every 5th tank to make sure it doesn't build up in the tank.GrImMy wrote:Just a question, I usually fill up to automatic stop which is about 40l, given that I have about 5 liters left in the tank (not sure though).. It is best to pour it in before you fill up to make sure you get a good mix as the tank fills.
