Golf 4 Front lights question

Howit!

I have a Golf 4 GTI. I'd like to find out the following:

Is it possible to get inside the front lights to spray the chrome/silver black? or do i have to buy these lights as is. Im refering to the front lights on Jammex's car. They are black inside, rather than silver/chrome

You can either buy a set from Autostyle, or DIY. There is a thread on vwvortex.com on how to do it.
