Hi. I have a 2011 polo vivo 1.4 trendline hatchback. The car is swinging but not starting. I was told that there is no compression due to burnt exhaust valves. I don't know how true is this but I need my car back on the road asap. Thanking you!

Take the car to a reputable mechanic for diagnosis.

The exhaust valve thing doesn't sound plausible to me, you may have a timing chain failure though.

CLP engines dont like irregular servicing and low quality oils

Hi Yusuf, did find the problem? I’m having the same issue in my car which is similar to yours. I’ve changed the camshaft sensor but nothing work. There is no spark in the plugs.

No I haven't sorted it out as yet. But it's definitely the valves
