Upgrade from Mib1 to mib2.5 and virtual speedo/cockpit

Post by doolie »

Has anyone successfully upgraded from the "normal" radio and speedo to the virtual version offered as an option on the 7.5?

Thinking of doing it but first want to know the tips and tricks?

The main issue is to overcome the component protection system.
This is what Chris at retrofitters does. He's not cheap but he'd have the experience to know the issues and get them sorted out, and you'd have a local place to go for any come backs.
