Speaker placement polo 6
Hi guys. I am looking to upgrade my front and rear door speakers with the addition of a single 12' sub. My question is do I need any speakers on my back board or will just the door speakers be fine for a Sq setup. Thanks Riaan

Hey. If you upgrade your door speakers to a quality brand and power them off an amp there shouldn't be a need to add additional speakers on the backboard. Sound deadening the door panels will also help with rattles while you at it.

I agree with PoloRolo,
I've upgraded my door speakers in my 6C GTi to a set of JBL's with crossovers, 5 channel amp and 6 inch db boxed sub and it sounds amazing.
