VW Polo Playa - Full respray

Post by Kuvi »

One of the full resprays we had done on our opening special and I must say this was a challenge considering the state of the paint. But....thats what we are here to fix :)

The paint was old, faded, cracked, scratch, panel with dents, you name it, this car had it lol

So we got to work. We got the car stripped, pulled, fixed and filled all the dents, and the set about preparing everything for paint. The bonnet had to taken down to the metal as the paint had cracked all the way through. Once everything was sorted, we then gave the body a blow over in Tornado Red base and then added clear. We also painted the rims in gunmetal grey.

The owner is still waiting on his order of the side sills so once we get our hands on those, they will be painted and fitted.
