The wrong side of 2017 is staring us all in the face and a lot of us have started planning our December holidays. The VWCSA committee, however, are bringing you Christmas festivities a little early…

A day of epic fun catering to the power hungry dyno queens as well as the low life stance barbies, and not forgetting the sound fanatics either. Get to know the people who help keep this club running by visiting the advertisers displaying their goodies and some of their projects on the day...

30 July sees us take Edenvale over as we join the boys at Oettinger SA in an event that will tickle the fancy of everyone.


Unlimited dyno runs
Show n Shine including boot sound install competition (note that this is about the way your sound install looks, not sounds)
Displays and stalls from some of our forum advertisers and sponsors
Live entertainment courtesy of 947’s VinD on the decks
Plus: The unveiling of one (maybe two) of Oettinger’s incredible projects.

Food and drinks will be provided by the new Café CupCha’d coffee shop inside Oettinger too, while SSS Caterers will be selling scrumptious halaal meals to keep everyone satisfied, so there's no need to leave early

We're hoping to see as many of you as possible there and hope that you enjoy interacting with the rest of the club and its awesome members!

How separate will the doef doef section be.? Want to come have a look but don't want to walk away with a headache. It's incredibly annoying to stand and shout at the person next to you all the time. And all the guys that has big sound are already deaf , none of them can ever hear you ask to turn it down.
Honestly to me that was the biggest annoyance of the parkoff I went to and was also propmptly the last event I attended again.

It's not precisely a sound off Stefan.

It's a sound "install" competition. Rather than how loud is your install, it's about how good it is

This is going to be off the hook!!!!

Will pop past. I just find that any time there is anything sound related they have to show off by standing outside the car with the doors open and crank it as loud as it will go. So you are forced to listen to some other guys choice in awefull rap music distortedly blaring and you have to shout at anybody standing about 3cm away from you. It was absolutely impossible to have any decent kind of conversation with anybody that night. I honestly don't go to car club events to be blasted by some inconsiderate guys's music. I would go to a rap concert if that is what I wanted. I know I am old now and perhaps I chose the incorrect event to go see what the club is doing these days but honestly it was terrible.
Just want to avoid that but would like to see the other car performance things and what oettinger is about these days.
