Made it all the way to the entrance, then took a right into the parking (did not know any cars could park on the grass), and then had a nice long drawn out scrape on a brick someone left there helpfully.
Other than that, bringing a baby and a 6-year old is probably not the most relaxed way of seeing the cars.
really great cross section of cars. Big yank tanks were the wifes favorite. Was amazed to see the bugatti racer, and it was even there under it's own power. Was also happy to see the E30 M3 (pitzi got some pics of it), would look great in my garage. Even managed a very quick view of the VWCSA stand and Pitzi's MK1 gti. Did not find a mini moke however, much to the unhappiness of the 6 year old.

Saw your car in the parking when I left.

That e30 m3, 3.0 csl batmobile, 300sl and the 190e cosworth were the highlights for me.

Johan's car. It's beautiful. He called me to help him with the suspension design.

It's a Merc S320 motor, 3.2l V6, twin turbo, boosting 0.5 Bar. Recons it scares the crap out of him as is, so he's not going to up the boost any time soon.

It's a really great build! Take my hat off to him.

Great event, I'll definitely be attending every one from now on. It was so refreshing to not have idiots throwing handbrake turns and revving their cars.

This, over and over again, puts pretty much all other SA car shows to shame...

I asked him the same and he responded that it's not that low and that the lowest part is actually the sump - but he's looking at modifying the sump and pickup so that he has more clearance.

Really enjoyed the event, like every other year.

Saw a "R75 Million" Buggati owned by a douche who has owned many Ferrari's and Lambo's before but they are "cheapies"

Will definitely attend each and every one until I physically can't.
Nice family event.

Wish the Cum Laude events could be this placid
