1999 VW Microbus 2.6 A/C Fan Relay

I have a 1999 2.6i 5 cylinder (Audi engine) Microbus. The Air Conditioning relay has died.

The unit part number in the bus is 6K0 919 506 A. SH0 89 8937 000, the unit has 2 fuses, 1 X 25 amp and 1 X 5 amp. It has a 4 pin socket and a 10 pin socket.
All that said, I ordered a new relay same part number, same SH0, same 4 and 10 pin socket, but there is only 1 fuse 1 X 30 amp.
The problem with the new part is that the A/C only works on 1 of the 4 speeds, speed 3.

What I do not understand is how the same part number can come in 2 flavours. Any idea's on how I can get the correct part?

I have found that I have the exact same problem. The guys at Goldwagen in George are mystified, same part number slightly different part!
