What Cam is best for a 2009 Citistorm 1.4i?

I am looking to install a Cam to my 2009 Citistorm 1.4i but am not sure which cam would be best.
Also i've read alot about needing a Chip to run the cam smoothly so i would like to know what price range im looking at to get this entire process completed?

I am in Johannesburg, Germiston, so please feel free to tell me where i can get these items.
