mk1 golf,

so far I am looking at wilcat?
You driving a 1.4 (i or carb)

The branches doesn't really make a difference unless you go 1.8 and bigger, the standard branches on the 1.4i and 1.6i is effective enough, only change your zorst, I did a 45mm from the branch into a powerflow box and then step 51mm straight through into a TNT back box with standard a velo tipp. Blows madly and I performs well with the 272 *** cam and pulley. Also tuned the fueling up a bit and advanced timing.

ok so now i am confused, had a long chat to a exhaust company(no names mentioned), they recon I'm wasting my money fitting a branch on a 1.4 carb, I won't get any power gains. :bang:
